Job Description:

As a Residential Roofing Project Manager at National Roof Co in Goodlettsville, TN, you will play a crucial role in adding to our thriving sales team. This full-time position combines your sales expertise with hands-on project management skills, representing our brand with professionalism and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Track and update schedules, budgets, and milestones for projects from build day through completion and payment receipt
• Master canvassing, building referral networks, and implementing effective sales techniques
• Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate recommendations
• Manage outside consultants, vendors, and contractors, schedule crews
• Coordinate tasks and schedules, set deadlines, and complete projects within schedule and budget constraints
• Engage in door knocking as part of our strategic sales approach
• Ability to work with insurance adjustor on claims, negotiate deals with adjustors and home owners
• Create detailed and accurate proposals/material/labor orders and change orders
• Complete job review checklists to ensure all work is installed in accordance with contract documents
• Resolve customer issues and construction issues on-site and in-office
• Such other duties as determined by management of the National Roof Co. at its discretion
  

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous experience in residential roofing sales or project management is a plus
• MUST have steep roof climbing training/experience
• Knowledge of Actual Cost Value (ACV) coverage and Replacement Cost Value (RCV) coverage
